Mr. Sadakane, who used to be a bank clerk, set his goal that was to become independent by the age of fifty. However, he did not know what he will do or can do at his second career. At first, he focused on the restaurant industry and discovered that bread is a staple food and also sometimes it can be a side dish or a dessert. He thinks there is still a possibility that even an amateur like him can make interesting things! After that, he was working at a bakery to learn some techniques , and at the same time he went to a baking class as well.             Mr. Sadakane and his wife,Yuri.

One day, he found our “AKO natural cultured yeast” at the exhibition of the baking industry and he got some bread for the tasting. First, his wife, Yuri, said, "I love the flavour of AKO yeast ! It's just delicious". She continuously expressed how much she was amazed with the bread. "It tastes different from other breads.", Yuri added.

If the loaf bread is delicious, you can build up a sense of trust that other breads at the bakery must be delicious. To prove the word, the loaf bread, which costs ¥ 300 has no butter, margarine, or milk. It is the most recommended product and actually one of the most popular product at pocopane.

"Honestly, I was a bit worried about that I am a friend of him, so I would feel kind of pressured to come at least once a week .. but in fact, I would just naturally like to want to come! I simply want to eat his bread!"

Mr.Sadakane is really happy to hear that and moreover encouraged by the words that his friend said.

"A lot of friends and locals come to visit us,so I always think about what I should do to keep my business here for a long time. I wish I could connect people with the others through our bread. I would be happy if I could do it."
